 Aftercare Advice

Good aftercare protects your results and
keeps your skin healthy while it heals. Please follow these guidelines closely for all treatments.

 First 24–48 Hours

• No makeup: Keep skin completely bare for 24 hours.

• Avoid heat: Stay away from exercise, saunas, swimming, and hot showers for 24–48 hours.

• Gentle care: Wash with a fragrance-free cleanser and apply simple moisturiser only.

• Do not touch: Avoid picking, scratching, or rubbing the treated area.

• Normal effects: Redness, tightness, and mild bruising (with PRP) are normal and settle quickly.

 Following 5–7 Days

• Sun protection: Apply SPF 50 daily and avoid direct sun exposure.

• Skip active ingredients: Avoid retinol, AHA/BHA acids, and vitamin C serums until your skin settles.

• Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to support your skin's healing process.

Contact Us Immediately If You Notice:

• Spreading redness, warmth, or swelling

• Pus, discharge, or a fever

• Any reaction that feels unusual or does not settle within a few days
