To ensure safety, it is crucial to obtain a G6PD blood test result before administering any dose larger than 7.5g of Vitamin C. This blood test only needs to be done once in your lifetime.
If you don't have a G6PD blood test in your medical records, we can conduct the test for you. At the same time, if desired, we can administer a 7.5g dose of Vitamin C. If the test result is normal, further treatment at larger doses can be pursued.
