Procaine is a MAO inhibitor. MAO breaks down serotonin and dopamine. If less is broken down, more is available. Dopamine is a reward and satisfaction hormone, higher levels result in greater satisfaction and happiness. Magnesium relaxes you both physically and mentally and helps with sleep. B12 is a vitamin which is essential for energy production. Phenylalanine is commonly supplemented for its anti depressant effects.
