The consultation process is straightforward and personalised. WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change, especially in today’s hectic world; Please do let us know as soon as possible if you would like to rearrange any of your appointments.
In order to protect our highly skilled and specialised doctors and nurses, we stick to the following cancellation timeline:
- Cancellation/Rearrangement within 12 hours of the appointment time: 100% charge applied
- Cancellation/Rearrangement within 12 to 24 hours of the appointment time: 50% charge applied
- Cancellation/Rearrangement more than 24 hours from appointment time: Full refund or appointment rearrangement with no additional fee
