Delivery within 5 working days. Please take care to ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.
All shipments are sent by tracked delivery and will require a signature. Please note that you may be required by your shipping country’s postal service to pay an additional customs charge once the goods have entered your country.
MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED
If your order is shipped and you receive it damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days by email to email@example.com quoting your order number and describing the damage involved. We will give you instructions on how to return your goods.
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY GOODS
We will issue a refund or exchange as long as you notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are happy that tamper seals remain in place and the goods are in a resellable original condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. We suggest that you use a tracked service for your return.
Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt by us.
